Houses built
around light.
We design homes around a central courtyard, so every room gets daylight, air, and a view of something green.
Site
We start with
the sun.
Before we draw a wall, we map how light crosses your land through the day and the year.
Arrival
A slow walk
inside.
A covered entry, a pause under the columns, then the courtyard opens up in front of you.
The atrium
The sky is
part of the plan.
An open roof over the heart of the house. Rain on the pool, sun on the deck, and stars after dinner.
